Their responsiveness to phone calls and emails is impeccable and they are also very personable, fairly priced and most importantly do an excellent job. Very detailed.
I have an old garage, it has been on the property for over 100 years and was at one time the original house on the property before being converted into a garage.
Since it has only been a garage for many decades now it had seen some neglect before I purchased the property. The roof had nails popping out that were lifting shingles and there was no facia or soffits, no gutters. Everything was just painted wood, and over time the paint begins to peel the wood rots and it becomes an eye sore and a financial burden and a burden on time necessary to paint and repair.
I assumed I needed a new roof and from top down more wood would need replacing and then facia and soffits could be installed. Basically, I assumed more work needed to be done than was actually necessary.
When JR came out to assess my garage's roof he could tell I wanted the new roof as just part of a process to get the whole garage looking nicer. He informed me that I didn't need a new roof, in fact he could tell I have roughly 10 years left on my shingles and the structure itself was fine!
Instead the focus became what I was really after which was giving the garage a facelift; replacing rotted wood with new wood, covering all painted surfaces with facia so that they would never need painting again, adding soffits to the existing roof, and adding gutters and gutter guards.
Over all the results look excellent, and the price was very fair. The process was quick and the customer service was excellent. JR genuinely cares about the community and his clients. His team were all polite and they got the entire job done in a day. My wife and I like to support local businesses and we were happy to support RWB. I can't recommend them enough.
RWB also does more than just roofing, they do a lot of exterior, so I will use them again for windows when the time comes.
